On day three we woke up to a sunny, hot day on the Riviera. Oh what to do?
Thanks to a tip from Rick Steves we spent the day on a private beach. We received the, "just for you special" which included beach chairs, umbrellas, and unbelievable poeple watching.
We read and drank beers.....
Collected beautiful rocks....
Then it was off to the police station to rent electric bikes. The bikes (seen in photo) had petal assist electic motors.
Via the electric bikes we were able to climb the steep SML hillside in true American style. The view was incredible.
We finished our day with round two at our favorite restaurant, Del Bafo. Our favorites included the wine (obviously), pizza, seafood risotto, and pesto pappardelle.
